REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the product is unopened and in its original packaging.

• We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to health and safety regulations.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Products marked as final sale.

• Gift cards.

• Digital products or subscriptions.

 

3. Process for Returns

• Contact our customer support team at giusy@vitaplus4u.com to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return.

• If approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your product. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

 

4. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within [number] business days and credited back to your original method of payment.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

 

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. For delays caused by the carrier, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
